Layover facility

 Shady Oaks is a beautiful 25 acre layover facility located just off I 85 (Exit 51) south of Atlanta.  We offer clean, spacious 12 X16 stalls with comfy shavings.  The barn has concrete aisles and 2 wash racks with hot water. Individual turnout is available in a 4-rail wood fenced, grassy paddock.  The owner lives on site for added security and care for your horse.  $25 per night includes timothy/alfalfa hay. The farm is convenient to restaurants, hotels, and shopping.
