- Large tack room with individual storage cabinets and a refrigerator
- Covered area for hay and shavings

Outdoor Arena (Lighted!)
The competition-sized arena has superb footing, and laser-leveled within 2 inches of specifications.
Round Pen (Lighted!)
The 80 ft round pen is located adjacent to the event arena and within a separate pasture.
